Hak Foo is a fictional character from Jackie Chan Adventures and is one of Valmont's henchmen. He also is a brawny fighter and dangerous opponent of all who face him...except for a minor hitch. He seems to have a habit of making up and shouting colorful metaphorical phrases whenever he commences an attack or a special action.

In the Ultimate Defender series, he is a henchman of Valmont's group, The Enforcers.
